 We offer Two Types of Website Edits: Add-Ons and Revamps

Website Add-Ons are suggested whom are content with the overall look and feel of their website but would like to make some minor adjustments.

Website Revamps are suggested to clients whom have a website but want new overall

Please Note: Adds on have to be purchased separately. I.E (3) Subpages are included in the purchase. An additional payment will be necessary to add any additional add-ons.

Add-On List

CUSTOMER REVIEW/COMMENT APP

This add-on will allow customers to leave reviews on your site

GALLERY PAGE

This add-on allows you would to showcase more of your images on your site, we can add a gallery page for you.

With the gallery page, we will upload up to 25 of your pics into a slideshow. However, please note that we will not edit your pictures (they will be uploaded as is).

LIVE CHAT

This app will allow you to interact with your clients while they are browsing your site. 

PAGES/SUBPAGES

This includes adding product categories (such as shoes, shirts, pants, dresses, etc.) under a "Shop" header/side-menu.

If the pages require content (like a policies page for example), you will need to provide us with the content for us to add to the page.

POP UP SUBSCRIPTION BOX

This feature will encourage customers to subscribe to your mailing list, allowing you to connect/engage with your customers (or potential customers), and drive sales.

PRODUCT/SERVICES UPLOADS

We will upload up to 10 of your services or products. 

Requirements

Please be prepared to provide us with the following for your consultation:

•Shopify/Booking Site Log-In (Plan must already be purchased)
•Domain Log-in (Must already be purchased)
•Logo
•Website colors
•Website Photos
•Page names (Home, Shop, About, etc) with you would like included for each.
•Booking Link(if applicable) 
•Products (Name,  price, sizes, descriptions etc)
•Shipping Fees
•Store Policy, etc 

Please Note: We do not "make up" verbiage , prices and/or content (pictures) for clients. That is your responsibility as a business owner. As the Creative Director I, suggest implement and recreate your ideas.

Revisions

(3) Revisions will be allowed any additional will be subject to price of service for item being revised.

If you have a particular theme/style in mind for your website, please let us know this BEFORE we design the site preferable during your consultations. Being as thorough as possible about what you want will help the process flow smoothly.

•Revisions include, font changes, color changes, content changes, adding new elements or removing elements.

•If you are not satisfied with a banner image, we will change banner pictures ONLY ONCE.

•Once we have uploaded your products, we WILL NOT make any changes. Therefore, please be sure that the prices you give us are correct the first time around, and be sure that you list all product variations (for example: available lengths, available colors, available services, etc).

Turnaround Time

Your Revamped website will be sent to you for approval within 2-7 business days following your consultation.

Any Revisions needed to be made will be sent within 3-4 business days

PLEASE NOTE: All projects begin on day of appointment — Included consultations can be held via Text,Phone, FaceTime, Zoom Etc.

A rescheduling fee of $10 will be due to continue services for all missed, cancelled and/or rescheduled consultations.Chevre CC LLC, Will ONLY refund a consultation if we (Chevre) have to reschedule due to personal-time conflicts. 

Finalization of Project

Once your website is complete (meaning you have given us the final approval on the design) we will no longer make any corrections, changes/revisions to the site (unless we charge a fee, no exceptions).

If you have any difficulties (technical or otherwise) after we give you the log in info, it will be your responsibility to follow-up with the site hosting provider (Shopify) for help (they can help you with anything pertaining to your site).

Additionally, we are not teachers & therefore cannot teach you how to manage your site. It will be your responsibility to use the available resources that Shopify provide (I will give you a link to their help forum). In addition, you can find all of the necessary "how to help" by doing a simple "google search" or even on youtube.
