Chèvre is the French pronunciation of Goat, G.O.A.T is an acronym meaning Greatest of All Time. A Luxury Streetwear Brand for Individuals Who Desire To Be Great.
Can I return my item for a refund?
Unfortunately, returns, refunds, exchanges and/or cancellations are currently not allowed for the safety of our customers and staff.
We will only offer an exchange on any damged or defective products.
How can I change something on my order?
Assuming the desired change is applicable, please contact info@chevrecc.com immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.
An item I want is sold out? Do you restock your inventory?
Once products have sold out we are usually preparing to release new styles and color ways. If the item(s) are in high demand it is a greater chance that products will be restocked and updates will be emailed to our subscribers.

Cash App payments must be sent immediately after placing order or the order will be cancelled and all items will be restocked.
Why won’t my discount and/or credit code work?
Please be sure your code is entered correctly and applied before submitting your order. Promotional codes do expire; please look at the terms and conditions of the discount code to make sure the offer is still valid.
If you have received a unique code from us, please keep in mind it can only be used once and cannot be combined with another promotion or be applied to shipping costs.
All promotions and/or codes cannot be applied after the transaction is complete.

How long will it take for my order to ship?
We ship all Domestic Orders from Our Warehouse within 2-7 Business Days.
Delivery times outside of the US will vary.

If I am unsatisfied with the shipping time can I request a refund?
All Sales Are Final. We Assure You That All Order Are Shipped Within The Above Timeframe Unless It Is A Pre-Order or A Shipping Delay I.E. Backorder or Sale.
IF a refund is deemed "mandatory" by customer Chèvre may offer customer a Store Credit at Owners Discretion.

My tracking says “Shipped” but it has not came yet , what do I do?
We've shipped your order! Unfortunately after packages leaves our warehouse we are not liable for the nature of that package. Insurance is purchased on all orders and we encourage you to file a claim with the Delivery Carrier regarding shipping errors.
We suggest that you contact us before filing claim

Can I order a custom item?
Yes , If item is available for customization
Is there a longer wait time for custom items?
Yes, Custom Items Could Take Anywhere from 2-4 Weeks but it can arrive earlier if discussed with our team — It may cost an additional fee

Expected Turnaround Times are 2-14 Days - Depending Upon Service and Project Load

Is an consultation necessary?

A consultation is required for all services so that we can ensure we correctly understand your request and reduce any time constraints problems
Does the consolation have to be a phone call?
No— Consolations can be held via Text,Phone, Zoom and Etc.
You will be asked to book an appointment before checking out.

Add-On Consolations can be purchased for any in-depth question and concern for current or new clients
What if I am unsatisfied with the design?
To Limit Any Discontent we ask that you do your research before booking anyone for any project. If our particular style and portfolio is not up to par for you please DO NOT book an appointment.
What happens if I want a Refund?
Chevre CC LLC, does not provide refunds for any services unless agreed upon. Having buyers remorse or wanting to use another company instead is not a suitable means for a refund. Once payment has been made, the sale is final. It is advised that you give your project sufficient time for completion for these reasons: revisions may be needed, there may be a peak in the orders received or prior orders may take slightly longer than expected.

How come I don't see a deposit option?
Full Payments is Required for all services under $99
A Non-Refundable Deposit and/or full payment is required for all services over $99+
Full payment must be paid by Consolation time. If said funds aren't paid services will be canceled and client will be required to rebook.
